As cyborgs go, next to my daughters you are probably my favorite. My daughters very much want me to join the club, but I'm going to disappoint them because I have no desire to walk around with one of those contraptions in my hand or my pocket tracking my every move and listening to me 24/7. I kinda like my humanity and my autonomy. I do carry my laptop with me when I go out, but it's never online. It just happens to contain all my music, and the stereo in my truck is broken.

Amusing anecdote with a taste of what is to come with AI:
I could not remember the name of a stage musical which included the song 'This is the Age of Aquarius' so I posed a question to AI. I referred to the musical as a 'piss-take' of youth culture during the 60s. Well, AI got very shirty about my choice of words and corrected me by claiming that the rock musical was a raving success called Hair which accurately conveyed youth culture of the time.
As I was actually youthful and THERE at the time I had to laugh so I told AI that it was naught but a figment of someone's imagination at the time and could not possibly know how poorly that stage show was received by the young. The only people who loved it and could afford to buy tickets wore twin sets and pearls to match their blue rinse hair.
AI will try to correct our opinions in this manner until everyone believes the same narrow narrative about every piece of knowledge and trivia.... we will say goodbye to individuality, memory and facts.
Attendees older? Sometimes information is overwhelming. For me it’s narrowed down to: AI=deception.

Knowing church like I do it was an act of courage for the church inviting you and asking for this subject to be addressed. . I wonder what discussion went on among the faithful afterwards. The people in my small church, mostly seniors would have had a heart attack listening to your presentation.
I admire you for being willing to go into the church and ending your presentation in the video with words, first part sentence I believe you have not accepted in your own life. I do not say that with harshness dear friend, only what I think. I am willing to be rebuked if I have overstepped.
In your talk you mentioned wisdom being passed down. The question then becomes, where does wisdom reside?

I took it to mean as I think the clapping by the participants also thought....laying down your life on the belief that the cross represented the sacrifice that Christ made for us.
I suppose it is all a matter of semantics for each of us and we all bring our preconceived ideas, beliefs to any conversation or speech we might be hearing.
